Personal InsuranceLife Insurance
Life is full of the unexpected. Life cover exists to make sure the people who depend on you are never left financially exposed because of it.
01Why life insurance matters
Life insurance sometimes called death cover or term life insurance pays a lump sum to the people who rely on you if you pass away, or in most policies, if you're diagnosed with a terminal illness. It's one of the simplest, most direct ways to make sure your family isn't left to sell the house, change schools or take on debt at the worst possible time.
No two families are the same, so no two life insurance policies should be either. We start by getting to know you: who depends on you, what you're paying off and what you want your family's life to look like if you're not there. Then we find cover that fits because when it matters most, you want to know your loved ones are looked after exactly the way you intended.
03How it works
Your policy pays the sum insured as a lump sum to your estate, your policy owner, or a nominated beneficiary. Many policies also include a terminal illness benefit at no extra cost, paying out early if you're diagnosed with a life limiting illness we only arrange cover that includes this as standard.
04How much cover is enough?
What would it cost to clear your mortgage and other debts?
Would there be enough for funeral costs and other immediate expenses?
What future costs should be planned for school fees, university, retirement savings for a surviving partner?
How much capital would your family need to maintain their lifestyle, and for how long?
There's no single right answer it depends on your debts, your dependants and your goals. That's exactly what we help you work through.
"Life insurance is one of the most underinsured products in Australia, yet it's arguably the most important, it's what stands between a family's financial stability and financial crisis when the unexpected happens. Closing that gap starts with making life cover simple to understand, efficient to arrange, and genuinely competitive on price."
